Terms and Conditions: Subscribers

Please be advised that the following terms and conditions apply when subscribing, through us, to on eof our clients’ publications.

• We are domiciled in the Republic of South Africa. Specifically, we are in Johannesburg South Africa. Our full address is:

• All subscriptions are required to pay in advance of starting the subscription.
  • Payments may be made in full or monthly, but in all cases subscriptions are billed in advance.
  • We accept credit card payments, PayPal payments, electronic funds transfers, direct deposits and debit orders.
• The term of the subscription shall be the term stated on the subscription offer accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.
• The customer has the right to renew at any time and can opt out of any automatic renewal process offered at any time. All such requests and instructions must be given to us in writing.
• The customer has the right to terminate the subscription by giving no less than 30 days written notice to iSizwe. Any subscription so terminated shall be refunded on a pro rata basis.
• You agree to pay the subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. You can get details of these rates on our web site, on the subscriptions page. Subscription rates may be changed from time to time. Debit order subscribers will be charged at the prevailing current rate. Subscribers who have paid for the full term of their subscription, in full and in advance will only be charged the rate at the time that they subscribed.
• Delivery costs are included in the subscription fee. You are required to provide us with comprehensive and accurate payment, contact and delivery information. You are required to ensure that all delivery information is updated as and when necessary.
• Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until: if you subscribe by internet or telephone, we send you written confirmation of your payment or we send you your welcome letter/first copy, whichever is earlier; if we accept your order, your subscription will start on the date we have agreed with you.
• If you pay for a subscription by debit order, there is no need to renew your subscription as it will continue until you cancel your debit order and we will continue to take payment according to the subscription package you choose.
• You will continue to receive your copy until you cancel the debit order with us.
• If you have paid by credit card, we will remind you that your subscription is due to expire before it does so.
  The renewal reminder will include all current pricing information. All subscriptions are subject to periodic price increases effective as of the new subscription period.
• All refunds on subscriptions canceled in terms of these terms and conditions will be processed within seven working days of the cancellation being received. Payment may take a few days longer depending on your credit card company and/or your bank. This part of the refund process is out of our control.
• We are a responsible corporate citizen and as such we subject ourselves to all laws of the Republic of South Africa as well as by-laws of the City of Johannesburg.
